JAY-Z TOUR TO TANZANIA OCTOBER THIS YEAR....

"But I said to myself, I can't go to these places I've been and not go out and see the people that have been touched by my music for over 10 years. Before heading abroad, Jay-Z will also perform Sept. 7 at the Fashion Rocks concert at New York's Radio City Music Hall. Chatter remains high about his work on a new studio album, but it is unknown how close to completion the project is.
